Watch as this 4,000 horsepower Corvette creates lift and leaves the earth due to the ridiculously high speeds generated by it’s twin turbo V8. Air gets under the cars, creates lift and almost sends this car into orbit. This accident could have been much worse. Luckily, the ‘Vette came down on all four wheels.
This accident also reminds us of the 3,000 horsepower Mustang which took flight in a somewhat similar fashion back in July of 2014, although the destruction was much worse:
Thankfully, drivers in both vehicles walked away.
